STARTERS

Trilogy "Gusta me" - smoked tuna with freshly cut orange and fennel, fish salad with lemon sauce and marinated Adriatic octopus carpaccio
Baby Bufala - mini buffalo mozzarella in cream of red onion with cherry tomatoes, coarse salt from Ston and pepper
Marinated beef carpaccio with pine nuts - aged steak marinated with rosemary, green pepper and Dijon mustard and served with rocket salad and Grana Padano cheese
Queen of the sea - grilled scallops wrapped in Dalmatian bacon on the mousse of white beans and chili
Black risotto Šipan style - risotto with inkfish, mussels, prawns, traditional fishermen recipe from the island of Šipan
Black ravioli in lobster bisque - homemade ravioli stuffed with white fish meat in sauce of lobster
Chef's choice - grilled beef and prawns on a bed of wild rice with sauce of rosemary and fresh orange

Adriatic fresh fish grilled - boilled potatoes and Swiss chard with homemade olive oil
Sea bass in foil with broad beans - fresh fish fillet baked in foil with potatoes and mixed seasonal vegetables
Sole fillet with prawns, pesto of sage and almonds - poached fillet of sole stuffed with prawns on red risotto with beetroot and sage and almond pesto
Tuna steak - with grilled seasonal vegetables and extra virgin olive oil
Salmon with white sauce of wine and Parmesan - grilled fillet of salmon with broccoli mousse and white wine and Parmesan cheese sauce

Stuffed squid (calamari) our way - grilled squids stuffed with Dalmatian smoked ham and mozzarella cheese on green potatoes and swiss chard with a sauce of olive oil, lemon and butter
Traditional Dalmatian panada ('popara') for 2 persons - boiled Adriatic white fish traditional style with potatoes from Konavle
Fishermen platter for 2 persons - grilled Adriatic fish, mussels, prawns and squids with potato, rocket and caper salad
Tournedos with sauce of red wine Plavac - grilled tenderloin steak with braised potatoes and grilled seasonal vegetables
Lamb chops with mint sauce - with marinated vegetables and fresh mint sauce
Gourmet steak - 300gr - Rib-eye steak with potatoes Boulangere and cream of chilli and beetroot
Marinated chicken filled with peanuts - grilled chicken breast on mashed potatoes with turmeric and peanut sauce
Grilled smoked tofu - Tofu brochettes (skewers) with grilled vegetables and white creamy risotto
